In our Full Potential Coaching sessions, we will undertake an objective analysis of your skills and experience to help you gain a greater appreciation of your capabilities. 
This will enable you to cast aside your doubts and with a great sense of achievement, claim your right to be in your position.

As part of our discussions, we will look at the work scenarios that trigger your anxiety and self-doubt and develop a step by step formula for dealing with these scenarios. 
When applied consistently over time this will transform you into the confident, self-assured leader you’ve hoped you could be.

As part of our time together, using Socratic questioning tools, we will help you work out what lies behind your feelings of paralysis.

What is the Full Potential Coaching Program?

The Full Potential Coaching program is a minimum of 6 coaching sessions of 1 hour each, and sessions are usually conducted on-line.  
Depending on your circumstances you may wish to involve your manager for the opening of the first session to help confirm the coaching goals, and at the closing of the last session to relay your progress back to your manager. 
It is strongly recommended that parties commit to the full process to maximise results and return on investment.

How I work with you.

In my business I work in an organisational and a clinical setting.  The latter involves working with individuals experiencing significant personal challenges that manifest in anxiety, stress and depression. 
In combination with my experience working and consulting to organisations I am uniquely placed to deliver comprehensive results for you because I have an intimate understanding of all of the work and personal factors that are impacting you and how to solve them.
I have a wide range of tools and strategies that I can bring to the coaching relationship and my approach is to provide empathy and support whilst also stretching you to achieve your full potential.
